If you need to get a point across to me, come straight out and say it. And if anything, be aggressive just to enforce your orders. You have no idea how angry I will get if you sugarcoat things. I don’t need your sympathetic opinions; tell me and I’ll understand. And don’t beat around the bush either; go straight ahead and say whatever you have to say.
